You need to have confidence and be comfortable with being different. The confidence comes through faith in Jesus Christ and covenant keeping.
The Savior needed rest. He had a place to rest. We also need to rest and create environments where there can be spiritual renewal. A place to commune with God.
Goal is to not just be active but to be a consecrated disciple of Jesus Christ. I can not on my own. With God all things are possible. Don't forget to ask God.
