What Constitutes God's Judgment

 "Judgment...will occur after the Resurrection. God through Jesus Christ, will judge each person to determine the eternal glory [he or she] will receive. This judgment will be based on each person's obedience to God's commands, including [his or her] acceptance of the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ" There will be 'unfailing consequence of blessings for righteous thoughts and acts, and punishment for unreported sins. Justice is an eternal law that requires a penalty each time a law of God is broken (Alma 42:13-24). The sinner must pay the penalty if he doesn't not repent (Mosiah 2: 38-39; D&C 19:17). If he does repent, the Savior pays the penalty through the Atonement, invoking mercy (Alma 34:16)" (Guide to the Scriptures, "Judgment, Justice")

Weakness becoming Strength through the Lord

 After watching a YouTube interviewing Steven Harper, I remind myself to repent relentlessly. 

D&C 124:1 Verily, thus saith the Lord unto you, my servant Joseph Smith, I am well pleased with your offering and acknowledgments, which you have made; for unto this end have I raised you up, that I might show forth my wisdom through the weak things of the earth." I love that the Lord tells him he is weak. Not meant to be a put down, simply something they both knew. As President Nelson says, "The Lord Uses the Unlikely to Accomplish the Impossible". Beautiful message.

Holy Ghost

 In the coming days, it will not be possible to survive spiritually without the guiding, directing, comforting, and constant influence of the Holy Ghost.

President Monson warned, “We cannot allow ourselves the slightest bit of leeway in dealing with sin. We cannot allow ourselves to believe that we can participate 'just a little' in disobeying the commandments of God, for the sin can grab us with an iron hand from which it is excruciatingly painful to free ourselves.
